Faded Ghost Vape business operation and shipping warehouse hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (Closed on national U.S.A. holidays and weekends.)
- All orders ship within 2-3 business days
- All shipments are USPS Priorty (Typical 2-3 day delivery)
- Most orders placed before 3pm (CST)
- There is no weekend shipping
- All shipments include an email confirmation of a tracking number
- Once Faded Ghost Vape has handed the package over to USPS, it is now their responsibility. We do not guarantee transit times, if you are experiencing issues with your package in transit, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.
- In the event your package has been lost, please file a claim through USPS by calling 1-800-275-8777. A package USPS has marked as “Delivered”to the shipping address on file will not qualify for reimbursement. Please contact us if you need us to further investigate the issue.
- To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a standard USPS Priority box
Packages Returned To Sender
- Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by customer or are refused, will be not be refunded unless otherwise contact has been made about the order with customer service. By agreeing to all of the above, we strongly urge to carefully look at your order before making the final completion of your purchase.

Limited Life-Time Warranty (1 Year “No Questions Asked”)
- Please make sure to register your product through https://fadedghostvape.com/product-registration/ as soon as you receive the product to ensure coverage immediately! If you have any issues with this process, please contact our customer support.
- First year is “No Questions Asked”. Just inform us of the problem and we will send paid postage to return the product. When we receive your product, your replacement will be sent Priority Mail through USPS.
- Outside of 1 Year Warranty, Limited Life-Time coverage is only for non-at-fault issues. Products that have been broken, leaky atomizers, or liquid damage will not be covered. If you have questions concerning your coverage outside that 1 year of registering your device, please contact our customer support for assistance.
